What currency are prices in?+
All prices and charges are in US Dollars (USD), wherever you shop from.
How do I pay?+
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. We accept major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). We never see or store your card details.
Is checkout secure?+
Yes. The entire site runs over HTTPS and payments are processed by Stripe under PCI-DSS. Card data never touches our servers.
Can I order in bulk?+
Yes — visit our Property & Bulk page for volume pricing and a dedicated trade contact.
Shipping & delivery
Do you ship worldwide?+
We ship to most countries. A few destinations may be excluded due to carrier or legal restrictions; if so, we'll refund you in full.
How much is shipping?+
Flat $6 USD per order, free over $60 USD (on the subtotal).
Will I pay customs or duties?+
International recipients are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country.
How long does delivery take?+
Typically 2–4 days in the UK and 6–16 days internationally after dispatch. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Returns & refunds
What's your returns window?+
14 days for unopened, unused items in original packaging. Your statutory cancellation rights also apply.
How long do refunds take?+
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
What if my item arrives damaged?+
Email us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Products & safety
Are the pantry jars food-safe?+
Yes — our food-contact jars meet FDA / LFGB food-grade standards. Hand-wash lids to preserve the gasket seal.
Can compression bags store food?+
No. Compression bags are for textiles and bedding only — they are not for food storage or vacuum food preservation.
Are wall-mounted items safe?+
Load-bearing and wall-mounted products are clearly marked. Installation, anchor choice and final load are the customer's responsibility — always fix into a suitable structural surface.
Do adhesive hooks damage walls?+
They're designed to peel away cleanly from smooth, non-porous surfaces, but may leave slight residue. They're not suitable for textured or freshly painted walls.
Do you sell heating or plumbing parts?+
No. Parsonsph sells consumer home-storage goods only. We do not sell gas, pressurised or electrical heating components.
