Costs & free shipping
- All prices and shipping charges are shown and processed in USD.
- Flat-rate shipping is $6 USD per order.
- Shipping is free on orders of $60 USD or more (calculated on the order subtotal).

Processing & delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery once dispatched:
- United Kingdom — 2–4 business days
- United States & Canada — 6–12 business days
- Europe — 5–10 business days
- Australia & rest of world — 8–16 business days
Estimates are not guarantees; carrier and customs delays can occur, especially during peak periods.

Where we ship
We ship to most countries worldwide. A small number of destinations may be excluded due to carrier limitations or legal/export restrictions; if we cannot ship to your address, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

Duties, taxes & customs
- Prices shown are exclusive of any import duties or taxes.
- For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees levied by the destination country.
- We cannot predict these charges; please check your local rules before ordering.

Tracking, delays & lost parcels
- You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
- If tracking stalls or a parcel appears lost, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
- For damaged-in-transit items, email us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
