Prohibited activities
- Using the site for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupt, or overload our systems;
- Scraping, copying or reusing our content without permission;
- Submitting false, abusive or infringing content through our forms;
- Using stolen payment details or committing payment fraud.
What we sell — and don't
- We sell consumer home-storage and organisation goods only.
- We do not sell gas, pressurised, or electrical heating components, or any restricted or hazardous goods.
- Products must be used for their intended domestic purpose and within their stated limits.
Payments & restricted-business compliance
Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. You agree not to use our store in any way that breaches their acceptable-use and restricted-business rules, including using the service for prohibited goods, money laundering, or fraudulent transactions.
Enforcement
We may suspend or refuse service, cancel orders, and report unlawful activity where this policy is breached. Reasonable, lawful use by genuine customers is, of course, always welcome.
